Large Georgian Cut Lead Glass Claret Wine Jug Ewer 27 cm / 10.5 inches high
Large George III Cut Lead Glass Claret Wine Jug / Ewer with cut strap handle, original cut mushroom stopper and prism (comb) and panel cutting to body of jug and two applied neck rings. Decanter holds one and three quarters 75 cl wine bottles. The stopper has a few minor chips and nibbles around the bottom and to some of the cut decoration on top of stopper but the jug is fine with no damage and substantial age related wear to base. 27 cm / 10.5 inches high.
