Beyer Cranberry Red Cut to Clear Basket w Original Labels, Vintage Crystal 8.5

  
Motifs: Cut Flowers and Honeycomb. Cranberry Cased Crystal Cut Clear. Measurements: 3 1/8" outer diameter base, 7 1/2" by 3 3/4" rim, 4 7/8" high at the rim and 8 1/2 high to the finale. Weight, prepackaged: 1 lb 14.3 oz. The basket is free of chips, cracks and fleabites including heat checks at the handles where applied.

There are no marks from use or storage. The base has slight shelf wear on the highest points as expected. The piece is hand-cut with some variances as expect. The glass is crystal clear with no cloudiness.

The original labels are still attached and in excellent condition with minimal wear. The crystal is high quality with no notable flaws and phenomenal resonance. The basket has a layer of red toned cranberry over crystal which is cut through.

The cranberry plated layer can easily be seen on the edges of the cuts. The original "Beyer" foil label is attached to the base.

The information label is attached to the side and reads "Bleikcristall 24 v h, Lead Crystal Over 24% PbO, Qualitats Handarbeit, Made in West Germany". It's a wonderfully cut piece and certain to be a high point in any collection and on display. Pictures are of the item(s) you will receive.
